| 1 καὶ οὗτοι σταθμοὶ τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ ὡς ἐξῆλθον ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου σὺν δυνάμει αὐτῶν ἐν χειρὶ Μωυσῆ καὶ Ααρων 2 καὶ ἔγραψεν Μωυσῆς τὰς ἀπάρσεις αὐτῶν καὶ τοὺς σταθμοὺς αὐτῶν διὰ ῥήματος κυρίου καὶ οὗτοι σταθμοὶ τῆς πορείας αὐτῶν 3 ἀπῆραν ἐκ Ραμεσση τῷ μηνὶ τῷ πρώτῳ τῇ πεντεκαιδεκάτῃ ἡμέρᾳ τοῦ μηνὸς τοῦ πρώτου τῇ ἐπαύριον τοῦ πασχα ἐξῆλθον οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ ἐν χειρὶ ὑψηλῇ ἐναντίον πάντων τῶν Αἰγυπτίων 4 καὶ οἱ Αἰγύπτιοι ἔθαπτον ἐξ αὑτῶν τοὺς τεθνηκότας πάντας οὓς ἐπάταξεν κύριος πᾶν πρωτότοκον ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ καὶ ἐν τοῖς θεοῖς αὐτῶν ἐποίησεν τὴν ἐκδίκησιν κύριος 5 καὶ ἀπάραντες οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ ἐκ Ραμεσση παρενέβαλον εἰς Σοκχωθ 6 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Σοκχωθ καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Βουθαν ὅ ἐστιν μέρος τι τῆς ἐρήμου 7 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Βουθαν καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐπὶ στόμα Εϊρωθ ὅ ἐστιν ἀπέναντι Βεελσεπφων καὶ παρενέβαλον ἀπέναντι Μαγδώλου 8 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἀπέναντι Εϊρωθ καὶ διέβησαν μέσον τῆς θαλάσσης εἰς τὴν ἔρημον καὶ ἐπορεύθησαν ὁδὸν τριῶν ἡμερῶν διὰ τῆς ἐρήμου αὐτοὶ καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Πικρίαις 9 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Πικριῶν καὶ ἦλθον εἰς Αιλιμ καὶ ἐν Αιλιμ δώδεκα πηγαὶ ὑδάτων καὶ ἑβδομήκοντα στελέχη φοινίκων καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐκεῖ παρὰ τὸ ὕδωρ 10 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐξ Αιλιμ καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐπὶ θάλασσαν ἐρυθράν 11 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἀπὸ θαλάσσης ἐρυθρᾶς καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς τὴν ἔρημον Σιν 12 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ τῆς ἐρήμου Σιν καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Ραφακα 13 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Ραφακα καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Αιλους 14 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐξ Αιλους καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Ραφιδιν καὶ οὐκ ἦν ὕδωρ τῷ λαῷ πιεῖν ἐκεῖ 15 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Ραφιδιν καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ Σινα 16 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ τῆς ἐρήμου Σινα καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Μνήμασιν τῆς ἐπιθυμίας 17 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Μνημάτων ἐπιθυμίας καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Ασηρωθ 18 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐξ Ασηρωθ καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Ραθαμα 19 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Ραθαμα καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Ρεμμων Φαρες 20 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Ρεμμων Φαρες καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Λεμωνα 21 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Λεμωνα καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Δεσσα 22 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Δεσσα καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Μακελλαθ 23 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Μακελλαθ καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Σαφαρ 24 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Σαφαρ καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Χαραδαθ 25 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Χαραδαθ καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Μακηλωθ 26 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Μακηλωθ καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Κατααθ 27 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Κατααθ καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Ταραθ 28 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Ταραθ καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Ματεκκα 29 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Ματεκκα καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Σελμωνα 30 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Σελμωνα καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Μασσουρουθ 31 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Μασσουρουθ καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Βαναια 32 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Βαναια καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς τὸ ὄρος Γαδγαδ 33 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ τοῦ ὄρους Γαδγαδ καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Ετεβαθα 34 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐξ Ετεβαθα καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Εβρωνα 35 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐξ Εβρωνα καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Γεσιωνγαβερ 36 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Γεσιωνγαβερ καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ Σιν καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ τῆς ἐρήμου Σιν καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς τὴν ἔρημον Φαραν αὕτη ἐστὶν Καδης 37 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Καδης καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Ωρ τὸ ὄρος πλησίον γῆς Εδωμ 38 καὶ ἀνέβη Ααρων ὁ ἱερεὺς διὰ προστάγματος κυρίου καὶ ἀπέθανεν ἐκεῖ ἐν τῷ τεσσαρακοστῷ ἔτει τῆς ἐξόδου τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου τῷ μηνὶ τῷ πέμπτῳ μιᾷ τοῦ μηνός 39 καὶ Ααρων ἦν τριῶν καὶ εἴκοσι καὶ ἑκατὸν ἐτῶν ὅτε ἀπέθνῃσκεν ἐν Ωρ τῷ ὄρει 40 καὶ ἀκούσας ὁ Χανανις βασιλεὺς Αραδ καὶ οὗτος κατῴκει ἐν γῇ Χανααν ὅτε εἰσεπορεύοντο οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ 41 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐξ Ωρ τοῦ ὄρους καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Σελμωνα 42 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Σελμωνα καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Φινω 43 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Φινω καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Ωβωθ 44 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐξ Ωβωθ καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Γαι ἐν τῷ πέραν ἐπὶ τῶν ὁρίων Μωαβ 45 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Γαι καὶ παρενέβαλον εἰς Δαιβων Γαδ 46 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Δαιβων Γαδ καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐν Γελμων Δεβλαθαιμ 47 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἐκ Γελμων Δεβλαθαιμ καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐπὶ τὰ ὄρη τὰ Αβαριμ ἀπέναντι Ναβαυ 48 καὶ ἀπῆραν ἀπὸ ὀρέων Αβαριμ καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐπὶ δυσμῶν Μωαβ ἐπὶ τοῦ Ιορδάνου κατὰ Ιεριχω 49 καὶ παρενέβαλον παρὰ τὸν Ιορδάνην ἀνὰ μέσον Αισιμωθ ἕως Βελσαττιμ κατὰ δυσμὰς Μωαβ 50 καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν ἐπὶ δυσμῶν Μωαβ παρὰ τὸν Ιορδάνην κατὰ Ιεριχω λέγων 51 λάλησον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτούς ὑμεῖς διαβαίνετε τὸν Ιορδάνην εἰς γῆν Χανααν 52 καὶ ἀπολεῖτε πάντας τοὺς κατοικοῦντας ἐν τῇ γῇ πρὸ προσώπου ὑμῶν καὶ ἐξαρεῖτε τὰς σκοπιὰς αὐτῶν καὶ πάντα τὰ εἴδωλα τὰ χωνευτὰ αὐτῶν ἀπολεῖτε αὐτὰ καὶ πάσας τὰς στήλας αὐτῶν ἐξαρεῖτε 53 καὶ ἀπολεῖτε πάντας τοὺς κατοικοῦντας τὴν γῆν καὶ κατοικήσετε ἐν αὐτῇ ὑμῖν γὰρ δέδωκα τὴν γῆν αὐτῶν ἐν κλήρῳ 54 καὶ κατακληρονομήσετε τὴν γῆν αὐτῶν ἐν κλήρῳ κατὰ φυλὰς ὑμῶν τοῖς πλείοσιν πληθυνεῖτε τὴν κατάσχεσιν αὐτῶν καὶ τοῖς ἐλάττοσιν ἐλαττώσετε τὴν κατάσχεσιν αὐτῶν εἰς ὃ ἐὰν ἐξέλθῃ τὸ ὄνομα αὐτοῦ ἐκεῖ αὐτοῦ ἔσται κατὰ φυλὰς πατριῶν ὑμῶν κληρονομήσετε 55 ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἀπολέσητε τοὺς κατοικοῦντας ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ἀπὸ προσώπου ὑμῶν καὶ ἔσται οὓς ἐὰν καταλίπητε ἐξ αὐτῶν σκόλοπες ἐν τοῖς ὀφθαλμοῖς ὑμῶν καὶ βολίδες ἐν ταῖς πλευραῖς ὑμῶν καὶ ἐχθρεύσουσιν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ἐφ' ἣν ὑμεῖς κατοικήσετε 56 καὶ ἔσται καθότι διεγνώκειν ποιῆσαι αὐτούς ποιήσω ὑμῖν | 1 These are the mansions of the children of Israel, who went out of Egypt by their troops under the conduct of Moses and Aaron, 2 which Moses wrote down according to the places of their encamping, which they changed by the commandment of the Lord. 3 Now the children of Israel departed from Ramesses the first month, on the fifteenth day of the first month, the day after the phase, with a mighty hand, in the sight of all the Egyptians, 4 who were burying their firstborn, whom the Lord had slain (upon their gods also he had executed vengeance), 5 and they camped in Soccoth. 6 And from Soccoth they came into Etham, which is in the uttermost borders of the wilderness. 7 Departing from thence they came over against Phihahiroth, which looks towards Beelsephon, and they camped before Magdalum. 8 And departing from Phihahiroth, they passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness: and having marched three days through the desert of Etham, they camped in Mara. 9 And departing from Mara, they came into Elim, where there were twelve fountains of waters, and seventy palm trees: and there they camped. 10 But departing from thence also, they pitched their tents by the Red Sea. And departing from the Red Sea, 11 they camped in the desert of Sin. 12 And they removed from thence, and came to Daphca. 13 And departing from Daphca, they camped in Alus. 14 And departing from Alus, they pitched their tents in Raphidim, where the people wanted water to drink. 15 And departing from Raphidim, they camped in the desert of Sinai. 16 But departing also from the desert of Sinai, they came to the graves of lust. 17 And departing from the graves of lust, they camped in Haseroth. 18 And from Haseroth they came to Rethma. 19 And departing from Rethma, they camped in Remmomphares. 20 And they departed from thence and came to Lebna. 21 Removing from Lebna they camped in Ressa. 22 And departing from Ressa, they came to Ceelatha. 23 And they removed from thence and camped in the mountain Sepher. 24 Departing from the mountain Sepher, they came to Arada, 25 from thence they went and camped in Maceloth. 26 And departing from Maceloth, they came to Thahath. 27 Removing from Thahath they camped in Thare. 28 And they departed from thence, and pitched their tents in Methca. 29 And removing from Methca, they camped in Hesmona. 30 And departing from Hesmona, they came to Moseroth. 31 And removing from Moseroth, they camped in Benejaacan. 32 And departing from Benejaacan, they came to mount Gadgad. 33 From thence they went and camped in Jetebatha. 34 And from Jetebatha they came to Hebrona. 35 And departing from Hebrona, they camped in Asiongaber. 36 They removed from thence and came into the desert of Sin, which is Cades. 37 And departing from Cades, they camped in mount Hor, in the uttermost borders of the land of Edom. 38 And Aaron the priest went up into mount Hor at the commandment of the Lord: and there he died in the fortieth year of the coming forth of the children of Israel out of Egypt, the fifth month, the first day of the month, 39 when he was a hundred and twenty-three years old. 40 And King Arad the Chanaanite, who dwelt towards the south, heard that the children of Israel had come to the land of Chanaan. 41 And they departed from mount Hor, and camped in Salmona. 42 From whence they removed and came to Phunon. 43 And departing from Phunon, they camped in Oboth. 44 And from Oboth they came to Ijeabarim, which is in the borders of the Moabites. 45 And departing from Ijeabarim they pitched their tents in Dibongab. 46 From thence they went and camped in Helmondeblathaim. 47 And departing from Helmondeblathaim, they came to the mountains of Abarim over against Nabo. 48 And departing from the mountains of Abarim, they passed to the plains of Moab, by the Jordan, over against Jericho. 49 And there they camped from Bethsimoth even to Ablesatim in the plains of the Moabites, 50 where the Lord said to Moses: 51 Command the children of Israel, and say to them: When you shall have passed over the Jordan, entering into the land of Chanaan, 52 destroy all the inhabitants of that land: Beat down their pillars, and break in pieces their statues, and waste all their high places, 53 cleansing the land, and dwelling in it. For I have given it you for a possession. 54 And you shall divide it among you by lot. To the more you shall give a larger part, and to the fewer a lesser. To every one as the lot shall fall, so shall the inheritance be given. The possession shall be divided by the tribes and the families. 55 But if you will not kill the inhabitants of the land: they that remain, shall be unto you as nails in your eyes, and spears in your sides, and they shall be your adversaries in the land of your habitation. 56 And whatsoever I had thought to do to them, I will do to you. | 1 Hæ sunt mansiones filiorum Israël, qui egressi sunt de Ægypto per turmas suas in manu Moysi et Aaron, 2 quas descripsit Moyses juxta castrorum loca, quæ Domini jussione mutabant. 3 Profecti igitur de Ramesse mense primo, quintadecima die mensis primi, altera die Phase, filii Israël in manu excelsa, videntibus cunctis Ægyptiis, 4 et sepelientibus primogenitos, quos percusserat Dominus (nam et in diis eorum exercuerat ultionem), 5 castrametati sunt in Soccoth. 6 Et de Soccoth venerunt in Etham, quæ est in extremis finibus solitudinis. 7 Inde egressi venerunt contra Phihahiroth, quæ respicit Beelsephon, et castrametati sunt ante Magdalum. 8 Profectique de Phihahiroth, transierunt per medium mare in solitudinem : et ambulantes tribus diebus per desertum Etham, castrametati sunt in Mara. 9 Profectique de Mara, venerunt in Elim, ubi erant duodecim fontes aquarum, et palmæ septuaginta : ibique castrametati sunt. 10 Sed et inde egressi, fixerunt tentoria super mare Rubrum. Profectique de mari Rubro, 11 castrametati sunt in deserto Sin. 12 Unde egressi, venerunt in Daphca. 13 Profectique de Daphca, castrametati sunt in Alus. 14 Egressique de Alus, in Raphidim fixere tentoria, ubi populo defuit aqua ad bibendum. 15 Profectique de Raphidim, castrametati sunt in deserto Sinai. 16 Sed et de solitudine Sinai egressi, venerunt ad sepulchra concupiscentiæ. 17 Profectique de sepulchris concupiscentiæ, castrametati sunt in Haseroth. 18 Et de Haseroth venerunt in Rethma. 19 Profectique de Rethma, castrametati sunt in Remmomphares. 20 Unde egressi venerunt in Lebna. 21 De Lebna castrametati sunt in Ressa. 22 Egressique de Ressa, venerunt in Ceelatha. 23 Unde profecti, castrametati sunt in monte Sepher. 24 Egressi de monte Sepher, venerunt in Arada. 25 Inde proficiscentes, castrametati sunt in Maceloth. 26 Profectique de Maceloth, venerunt in Thahath. 27 De Thahath, castrametati sunt in Thare. 28 Unde egressi, fixere tentoria in Methca. 29 Et de Methca, castrametati sunt in Hesmona. 30 Profectique de Hesmona, venerunt in Moseroth. 31 Et de Moseroth, castrametati sunt in Benejaacan. 32 Profectique de Benejaacan, venerunt in montem Gadgad. 33 Unde profecti, castrametati sunt in Jetebatha. 34 Et de Jetebatha venerunt in Hebrona. 35 Egressique de Hebrona, castrametati sunt in Asiongaber. 36 Inde profecti, venerunt in desertum Sin, hæc est Cades. 37 Egressique de Cades, castrametati sunt in monte Hor, in extremis finibus terræ Edom. 38 Ascenditque Aaron sacerdos in montem Hor jubente Domino : et ibi mortuus est anno quadragesimo egressionis filiorum Israël ex Ægypto, mense quinto, prima die mensis, 39 cum esset annorum centum viginti trium. 40 Audivitque Chananæus rex Arad, qui habitabat ad meridiem, in terram Chanaan venisse filios Israël. 41 Et profecti de monte Hor, castrametati sunt in Salmona. 42 Unde egressi, venerunt in Phunon. 43 Profectique de Phunon, castrametati sunt in Oboth. 44 Et de Oboth venerunt in Ijeabarim, quæ est in finibus Moabitarum. 45 Profectique de Ijeabarim, fixere tentoria in Dibongad. 46 Unde egressi, castrametati sunt in Helmondeblathaim. 47 Egressique de Helmondeblathaim, venerunt ad montes Abarim contra Nabo. 48 Profectique de montibus Abarim, transierunt ad campestria Moab, supra Jordanem, contra Jericho. 49 Ibique castrametati sunt de Bethsimoth usque ad Abelsatim in planioribus locis Moabitarum. 50 Ubi locutus est Dominus ad Moysen: 51 Præcipe filiis Israël, et dic ad eos : Quando transieritis Jordanem, intrantes terram Chanaan, 52 disperdite cunctos habitatores terræ illius : confringite titulos, et statuas comminuite, atque omnia excelsa vastate, 53 mundantes terram, et habitantes in ea. Ego enim dedi vobis illam in possessionem, 54 quam dividetis vobis sorte. Pluribus dabitis latiorem, et paucis angustiorem. Singulis ut sors ceciderit, ita tribuetur hæreditas. Per tribus et familias possessio dividetur. 55 Sin autem nolueritis interficere habitatores terræ : qui remanserint, erunt vobis quasi clavi in oculis, et lanceæ in lateribus, et adversabuntur vobis in terra habitationis vestræ: 56 et quidquid illis cogitaveram facere, vobis faciam. |
